Privacy Note
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This site can be read without an account, a subscription, or telling me anything about yourself.
When you visit
There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for. I use no advertising trackers, no marketing analytics, and no behavioural profiling. The site sets no cookies.
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. In providing hosting, delivery and security, Cloudflare processes limited technical information about requests to the site. That can include IP addresses, the pages requested, routing data, browser or system information, approximate country, the time of a request, and security-related information.
What reaches me is aggregate only: roughly how many requests arrive, general patterns over time, and the countries requests appear to come from. I use it to know whether the site is being reached and to notice unusual or harmful traffic. I do not use it to identify individual visitors, follow anyone across other sites, build profiles, or target advertising.
Information Cloudflare processes is also governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
If you write to me
If you email me, I have your address, your message, and the ordinary metadata that travels with email. I use it to read and answer you. It is never sold and never used for advertising, and I keep it only as long as the conversation reasonably needs.
Please don't send passwords, home addresses, phone numbers, confidential records, private transcripts, or sensitive information about another person. Emails with attachments will not be opened.
Disclosure
Limited information passes through the services needed to run the site and receive mail: the hosting, security, domain and email providers. Beyond that, information is disclosed only where reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, investigate abuse, protect someone from harm, or defend legal rights. It is not sold or rented.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to hello@consciousaiconnection.com and I will. If you are in the UK or the EU and think I have handled something badly, you can also speak with your national data protection authority to lodge a complaint.
Changes
This note will be replaced with a longer one when the Living Index opens, since that involves information people choose to publish. The date at the top changes whenever something material changes.
